BW Primary Care celebrated its 10th Anniversary all week. Established in November of 2008, our office has been proud to uphold our mission statement to
“provide personalized, effective, high-quality care to [our] family of patients in a comfortable and professional environment.”
Our long-standing patients have witnessed the significant growth of space and staff size in Eldersburg as well as our second office at Foundry Row in Owings Mills, which opened in May 2017. We are proud to have made many strides in meeting the needs of our cherished patients, such as enhancing our electronic medical records which provides a patient portal, streamlining our check-in process, adding space and staff for a dedicated call center to answer phones, creating the Body and Wellness Program for nutrition counseling, improving patient appointment availability, expanding language translation services, and opening a Sat AM urgent clinic, to name just a few. BW Primary Care has received many accolades over the years to include NCQA Diabetes Recognition, Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) participation/rewards, Medicare Shared Savings Program (under LifeBridge Health) rewards and Carroll’s Best Family Physician (honorable mention x many years ongoing). There are many more endeavors coming, as we realize that the medical service industry is ever-changing and that adapting to new technology is key. We also realize that the “old-fashioned” approach of taking enough time with our patients and greeting everyone with a smile is crucial. Ultimately, we have an unwavering commitment to provide comprehensive services as your Bridge to Wellness!
