Join Amie Howard, our certified integrative nutritionist, on an educational walk through Wegman’s in Owings Mills at Foundry Row. You will navigate the aisles with a new lens towards what matters in fresh vs. packaged vs. labels. Gain insight that will forever change how you shop for your foods. Desi Rotenberg PA-C will also join the group for added fun! Meet inside the front door of Wegman’s near the produce section.
