The BW Body and Wellness team has been working hard to provide you support from many different angles. We are pleased to announce our enhanced programming to include Mind-Body Empowerment, Functional Fitness and Nutrition Classes – all to help you succeed in your health and wellness goals!
First, we’d like to introduce Julie Reisler, a certified health/life/wellness coach and empowerment strategist! She will provide classes which are appropriately titled Mind-Body Empowerment 101. Every participant of the program will be required to attend at least one class offering from Julie. Periodically, there will be more in-depth “specialty” classes offered – so please look out for these excellent workshops as well. Julie is also a wonderful fitness coach and will offer *NEW* Functional Fitness classes right in our comfortable office space! These will be challenging and informative sessions on building strength and flexibility. Come break a sweat (safely) and learn a routine that you can do right at home.
