The Body and Wellness Program is online! These blogs will give us an opportunity to share stories, tips, ideas and support. Check back often for updates on monthly group seminars and workshops, which are aimed to give you a comprehensive view of how our health is a product of many facets – nutritional/physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and occupational. Thus, we need a multi-targeted approach to have success.
I start this blog with a MIND CLEARING exercise. It takes 20 minutes and should be practiced often, if not daily. Find a quiet room with a laptop or computer, shut the door, and give it a try.
